I live in heavenly, beautiful British Columbia (that's on the west coast of Canada, for anyone who never learned more than US geography). Currently, I have two blogs on blogspot, one detailing what I'm up to for friends and family back in Ohio (I'm not good at keeping it up) and one to review the books I read, because people who know me are always asking what I've read lately, and whether they should be reading any of my list. I've thought about making a list of books I would recommend never, ever, ever picking up (it wouldn't be a very long list, really), but that seems so negative.

I am a fan of Bookcrossing, which may seem contrary to my bookish and pack-rat nature, but my mother has said more than once that Bookcrossing probably saved my life (because otherwise I'd be buried in books), or at least my back (I've moved a lot in the last few years). And I did meet my husband through Bookcrossing, though it's nothing even close to a matchmaking site. (Can you say kismet?)
